12 tips for Body Building

Everyone wants to have a fit body or wants to build body. Many of us join gym to build body. Here are some tips of body building.

  1. 3 important points for bodybuilding is strength,eligity and flexibility. Most of the people only focus on building muscles, due to this they get strength but they do not get eligity and flexibility because they don’t do exercise of eligity and flexibility. But if seriously you want to develop your body then you must focus on the above 3 points.
  2. Don’t use any supplements ( protein powder) from the market to increase your body size because it may work while you are using it ,but it may stop working if you too do not consume it. Instead of protein powder you can try natural products such as green vegetables, boiled egg, peanuts, milk, dry fruits etc.
  3. The food is divided into 7 parts i.e proteins, minerals, carbohydrates, fats, water, vitamins, fibers. Morning is the best time to consume carbohydrates, In the afternoon fats should be consumed, evening time fiber, minerals and vitamins and protein is better to consume at night.
  4. But every food consist of carbohydrate, vitamins, fats etc. We can get confuse that what food should we take at morning to consume carbohydrates. So in the morning you should always consume the food that is rich in carbohydrates and in afternoon you should consume food that is rich in fats.
  5. If you are doing body building then you should first increase your strength. As a beginner you should avoid machines to increase strength, instead you can try lifting dumbles. Try machines after 2 yrs only.
  6. If you are a beginner and want results little fast then you must include these 3 exercise in your routine Bench press, Dead lifts and squats.
  7. Do not do excess excersise. 10-15 reps or 5 sets is sufficient.
  8. Many people think that as they do more exercise more muscles will be formed. But we go to gym to break the muscles because when the broken muscles get repair itself it becomes very strong and for this reason only the people who do such exercises their muscles are much developed. These muscles get develop when you will be taking rest. As exercise is important rest is very important for our body.
  9. During exercise correct posture is very important according to the type of exercise.If you will do not focus on your posture you will not get the benefit of exercise for the exact body part.
  10. Just after doing exercise, intake protein rich foods.
  11. You should always do stretching. Before exercise you should do warmup and after exercise you must do all type of stretching exercise.
  12. Run
    Dance
    Martial arts
    Including body building, 1 out of 3 exercise you must do regularly. Due to this you will get the 3 things in your body i.e strength, eligity and flexibility.
